Here is a Victorian photograph by Moffat, of an unknown sitter.  The photograph is approx. 12 ins x 16 ins, and comes in its original frame, packed with an 1886 edition of The Scotsman newspaper, used for matting on the back. 

Can anybody identify the sitter?
