James Craig Annan's Photogravures

The three photogravure prints of 'Old Closes and Streets of Glasgow' above were published by James Craig Annan in 1900.

They are based on photographs taken by his father, Thomas Annan, in the late 1860s and early 1870s, commissioned by the Glasgow City Improvement Trust
