"In the 1950s, I got shirts and ties at " the Waverley Tailoring Co. The shop was up The Bridges. They specialised in 'American Menswear'.
They had stuff that no one else had. I can't confirm that it was from U.S.A. but it sure looked good and the girls thought it spiffy!!"
