Crossing The Forth Bridge

1963

Here, the 2.40pm Edinburgh to Cowdenbeith train,  headed by V2 2-6-2 locomotive, 60882, crosses the Forth Bridge on August 18, 1963.

Due to track work on one of the lines, the train is running on the 'wrong line' as it heads north across the Firth of Forth.
