Duddingston & Craigmillar Station

This photo shows the station nameplate: 'Duddingston & Craigmillar'.  I've usually heard of it referred to as Duddingston Station.  The station closed to passenger traffic on on September 10, 1962.

Are there any clues in the picture above as to when the photo might have been taken?

Thank you to Laurie Thompson for responding to my question above about when this photo might have been taken.

"The wording on the poster board heading on the wall of the building on the left of the photo, although not clear, seems to read 'London and North Eastern Railway'.

This would put the date of the photo before, or not long after, the railways' nationalisation date (1st January 1948)."
