Refurbishment

It was announced, in May 2010, that there was to be a major refurbishment of The White House, the Art Deco public house at Craigmillar, was to begin.  It had been hoped that it the shops would also be refurbished in their former Art Deco style, but this has not proved possible at this stage.

Here is a poster, situated across the road from The White House.  It gives an artist's impression of how the pub will look following the refurbishment.
