Around 1915 "This photo is of my father David, as a young boy, with his sister Jean, and his mother and father. I guess it was probably taken in 1915, from the age of my father in the photo, soon after my grandfather enlisted – maybe just in case he didn’t return from World War 1. This photo was taken by Drummond Shiels, 72 Lauriston Place. Drummond Shiels I notice you say the Lauriston business was not listed in the trade directories as Drummond Shiels until 1919. However, this photo suggests the change of name may have taken place a little earlier than that. The back of this photo says Drummond Shiels.
