Recollections

The Hudson Terraplane is a car that has been mentioned three times in the Recollections section of the EdinPhoto web site.

a)  Ed Thomson recalls that, while he was working for SMT Sales & Service, Edinburgh, the company had to collect and repair one that was being used by Jimmy Logan on his visit to Edinburgh.

b)  Alex Dow remembers delivering wedding cakes, baked by his father, in one of these cars during World War II.

c)  George T Smith recalls that the  owner of the lemonade factory in Hutchison Road owned a Hudson Terraplane.

Restoration

After seeing the photos above, James Kerr contacted me and told me about this 1939 two-door coupe Hudson Terraplane that is being restored in his garage in Fife, Scotland.
