Who Are They?

Cartes de visite 1 to 6 (above) were sent to me in Feb 2007.  They came from a collection in the Tunney family, but the identities of the sitters was not known then.

However the sitters in most of these cartes de visite and ambrotypes have now been identified, thanks to:

-  the discovery of cartes de visite 7 and 8 above, from the same collection, in November 2010

-  research by Sheldon Cunningham, Plano, Texas USA and Julian Bukits, Edinburgh.
