John Gordon was  Photographer and Portrait Painter.

He had a studio at 17 Saint Andrew Street  1894-95.

The address on his carte de visite was 17 South Saint Andrew's Street.

He also had a studio in Dunoon.

John Gordon appeared in the trade directories, operating from 17 South Saint Andrew Street for two years only.  The name stamp on the back of No 1 above was presumably a temporary arrangement until John Gordon had the cartes on the right printed.
