Hill & Adamson Images

James Craig Annan revived interest in Hill & Adamsons images when he reproduced several of them in photogravure.  Some of these were included in Speiglitz' magazine, 'Camera Works' in 1905, 1909 and 1912.

EPS Collection of Hill & Adamson Calotypes

Edinburgh Photographic Society donated its collection of Hill & Adamson calotype negatives to The Scottish National Portrait Gallery in 1987.

A selection of these calotypes and modern salt prints made from them formed an exhibition that was displayed at the Scottish National Portrait Gallery in the early 1990s.
