William J Hay

Post Cards

William J Hay lived and worked for many years at John Knox House in the Royal Mile.  He produced postcards in the 'Knox' series. 

Almost all are of scenes in or around the Royal Mile, leading from Edinburgh Castle to Holyrood Palace, including the card above and another looking to the south up Advocates' Close towards the Royal Mile.
