Post Cards

I have two attractive post-cards (to be added to this web site later, I hope).

They give a name and address which gives no indication that the photographer is female.  The name and address given are:

A J Anderson, 75 Princes Street, (opp. Mound Steps), Edinburgh

 

Anderson Ltd.

Ada J Anderson, photographer,  appeared in the trade directories, at 75 Princes Street 1917-23.

Anderson Ltd, photographers, appeared in the trade directories at the same address 1922-23.

Was there some change in Miss Anderson's business around 1922, causing the business to become a limited company.  Perhaps somebody joined or left the business then.
