Head Brewer "Here is a photo of my father, David Ireland, taken in the 1980's. He was the Head Brewer at the Caledonian Brewery in Slateford when it was called Lorimer and Clarks and was still owned by the Usher Vaux of Sunderland. He retired in the mid-1980s. David Ireland
