View from Cockburn Street This view looks up Warriston's Close towards the High Street from the foot of Cockburn Street. The photo was taken at 5.35pm on a cold December afternoon. There were people climbing the stairs, but the long time exposure has reduced them to feint ghostly trails on the right-hand side of the steps. Light is reflecting off the wet cobbled surface of Cockburn Street. |
