Princes Street

This view looks to the south across Princes Street, towards New College and Assembly Hall in Mound Place and other buildings in Edinburgh's Old town.

Parking was permitted in Princes Street (without any parking meters or other parking charges) when this photo was taken in Autumn 1963.

The cars in the photo are a Triumph Vitesse and a 1930s Ford Model 'Y', 8hp.
