Around 1950? There is no date or photographer's name on this photo, but I beleive that it was probably taken around 1950. A cobbled Princes Street, with its trams, runs along the bottom of the picture. South Saint David Street with the parked cars is straight ahead, leading into St Andrew Square. The department store on the corner is 'Jenners'. |
