Crianlarich
© Copyright: Peter Stubbs Photograph taken: 26 Jun 2005
Crianlarich, to the north of Loch Lomond, is where the West Highland Line from Glasgow separates:
- the 'lower line' continues to the west to Oban (ferries for Mull)
- the 'upper line' continues to the north to Fort William and Kyle of Lochalsh (formerly a ferry, now a bridge to Skye).
The photograph above was taken in June 2005 during a period when logs were being stored in the sidings beside the station.
