1991 This is one of the photos I took as part of a project to document people at work in and around Edinburgh. The photo of a cooper working on his barrel was taken at the small cooperage in front of the distillery at Gorgie. Only a small number of men were employed there when I visited in 1991, and it closed soon afterwards. |
