Thank you for providing the Names

1.  Thank you to Jean Rae (née Aithie), near top-right corner in this picture, for identifying all the people coloured purple on the above list..

2.  Thank you also to Maureen Mitchell (née Graham), on the bottom row of the picture, for providing more names  -  those coloured red in the list above, including her brother at the bottom right corner.

3.  Thank you to Sheila Cull (née Clark), born at 50 Dumbiedykes Road in 1940, who emigrated to Australia in 1965, for providing the names coloured blue on the list.

4.  Thank you to Liz Sproat (née Bell), Duddingston/Portobello, Edinburgh, whose family lived at 50 Dumbiedykes Road , for providing the names coloured green on the list.  Liz (No 33) has an older sister (No 3) and a younger brother (No 40).

Liz tells me:

-   No 36 is Alison Fraser who lived at 42 Dumbiedykes.
Alison's brother, Peter, became an actor.

-  No 30 is one of the Amos boys who lived on the Big Green, possibly Thomas.
