Selectors for EPS International Exhibition   -  1995

Members of the Salon Committee

The same procedure continues today in 2008.  Members of the EPS Salon Committee (now the Exhibition Committee) arrange and display prints submitted for the EPS Open Exhibition (EPS International Exhibition) to enable the Judges (Selectors) to make their choice.

These Salon Committee members appear to be well dressed.  I cannot recall having seen any of the helpers in recent years wearing waistcoats!

Judges

Here is another photo taken during the selection of photographs for the Exhibition.  This shows the three Judges, now known as Selectors,  making their selection of prints.

These photos are taken from a 1936 newspaper.  I don't know which newspaper.
