St Stephen's Church

This view looks down Howe Street towards the St Stephen's church.  The church is situated about half a mile to the north of Princes Street.

The church has a large tower and a clock with the longest pendulum in Europe.

The street leading out to the right in this picture is Cumberland Street.

The next street on the right (out of the right-hand side of this picture) is Great King Street, which is where Edinburgh Photogrpahic Society's premises have been (at No 68) since 1955.
