New route branding for Route 44

Here is the route branding newly introduced for Route 44: 'Service with a Sparkle'.  This bus has just entered Princes Street from South St Andrew Street and is heading to the east.

In the background the stonework of the Scott Monument and the cages of the Edinburgh Wheel in East Princes Street Gardens can be seen.

The Edinburgh Wheel has just been erected and is due to open for another Christmas season, beginning with the switch-on of Christmas Lights in Princes Street and on the Christmas tree on the Mound on Thursday 24 November 2005.
