Single Decker Busses in Princes Street

During the 1990s and early 2000s, the number of single decker buses in the Lothian Buses (formerly Lothian Region Transport) fleet has steadily increased.  Now they are a common site in Princes Street and elsewhere in Edinburgh.

Here are two heading to the east along Princes Street to the east, passing Marks & Spencer.  The routes of these services, routes 22 and 30, appear appear along the sides of the buses above the windows.
