Thank you to the family of Oliver Leach for allowing me to reproduce some of Oliver's colour slides on the EdinPhoto webs site, including this photo of balloons that were launched from beside the North British Hotel (now the Balmoral Hotel) at the East End of Princes Street.

I don't know what this occasion was, but I assume that it was one of the events held during the Edinburgh International Festival in August - September 1986.  These photos are Fujichrome colours slides.  They have a processing date of September 1986.
