I have photos of a few Edinburgh Cycle Tracks, but I cannot recall ever having seen a photo of the track at Pilrig Park.

However, Sandra Middleton has written to me about this track.

Recollections

"Pilrig Pirates used to race at Pilrig Park in the 1960s.  The names that I recall are:

-  Mike Patterson.

-  Ronnie Middleton.

-  Graeme Scobie.

-  Jim (Ben) Casey.
