HMS Daring

Type 45 Destroyer

HMS Daring is one of six Royal Navy, Class 45, 7,500 tonne, Destroyers.

The ships in this class are:

-  D32:  HMS Daring

-  D33:  HMS Dauntless

-  D34:  HMS Diamond

-  D35:  HMS Dragon

-  D36:  HMS Defender

-  D37:  HMS Duncan.

Western Harbour

This view looks to the west across Ocean Terminal from the 4th floor of the Ocean Terminal car park.  The large high building on the left in this photo is Chancelot Mill, a flour mill on the edge of Leith Western Harbour.

Black &White Photo

This was taken as a colour photo but I have converted it to black and white because there was very little colour in the destroyer, and I found most of the colour in the photo to be a distraction.
