Location These restored buildings on the south side of Bell's Brae, the hill leading down from Randolph Cliff beside Dean Bridge (upper-left in this photo) to Dean Village. The lane leading out of the picture to the right, beside the railings, is Hawthornbank Lane, the route to the footpath heading SW beside the Water of Leith towards Roseburn. The lane leading out of the picture to the left beside the seat in the lower left corner of the photo, is is Miller Row. It leads to the footpath heading SW beside the Water of Leith towards Stockbridge. |
