Balfour Street

Balfour Street runs to the NW from Leith Walk at Pilrig.  It follows the original tree-lined entrance from Leith Walk to Pilrig House.

Pilrig house and surrounding land, on which the Balfour Street and other tenements were built around the 1880s belonged to the Balfour family.
