This was the home of the Edinburgh professional photographer and bagpipe make, John Center, from 1893 to 1907.

It was also the home of John Center's cousin, John Allan Center, chemist and druggist, in 1893 and from 1902 to 1907

No 21

No 20 is the house next door, with the black door.  This was the home of John Allan Center in 1897

Across the Road

Across the road from No 20 (above) is the old fire station, currently undergoing restoration (to what?)
