cards all show buildings in Britain (and abroad?) with cut-out windows and
moon, intended to be held up to the light for effect.
This card was posted from Edinburgh to Ayrshire on 12 November 1906.
The message was:
"Many thanks for the PC. I think our eggs are quite as
good as yours."
