Thank you to Ian McAnally for allowing me to reproduce the back of this postcard posted from the Scottish International Exhibition held at Saughton Park, Edinburgh in 1908. It is an official exhibition postcard in Valentine's Souvenir Post Card series. It has the exhibition emblem in the upper-left corner and the exhibition franking in the upper-right corner. The exhibition opened on May 1, 1908. The postcard was posted on May 19, 1908 to Cowdenbeith, Fife, Scotland. The message reads: "Spending the day here. Will write afterwards." |
