Tuck's "Oilette" series

Here is a postcard from the Raphael Tuck & Sons' "Oilette" series I (7321).

The message 'A Happy Christmas' has been added to the card.

This card has not been sent through the post.

Tuck's description on the back of this card reads:

"The Church of St Giles.  In this charming picture is the statue of the Duke of Buccleuch immediately under the tower of the Cathedral.

Further down the High Street is the Tron Church.  On the extreme left of the picture is the entrance from Lawnmarket to Baxter's Close, where Burns once lodged."
