Thank you to Norm Ovans for allowing me to reproduce the photograph above, if six brothers in his family.  I like the different styles of dress, all in the same photo!

The Wilson Brothers

"Here is a photo taken at G R Mackay's studio in Edinburgh, in the early 1900s.

The pho is of six of the seven Wilson brothers.  I only know two for sure:

-  BOTTOM RIGHT FRONT: Samuel Garvie Wilson, my g. g. grandfather.  He was raised in Clunie/ Auchtergaven, Blairgowrie area. He  lived on Meadowbank Terrace, Edinburgh, and was a train driver out of Waverly.

-  BACK ROW MIDDLE:  David Wilson.  He served in 2nd Bat. Black Watch during 1898-1901 Boer War, as a Piper.
