1937

Photographic  Wallet and Price List

Thank you to Alex Macdonald for allowing me to reproduce the photos above of:

-  The front of a 1937 cardboard wallet to hold Jerome photos.

-  The back of the same wallet containing a wealth of information.

Alex also send a couple of Jerome photos, dating from the 1930s, so I assumed that the wallet and price list above were probably from around the 1930s.  It was only when I received David Doubleday's message below that I was able to date this wallet to around 1937.

Photographic  Wallet and Price List

Thank you to David Doubleday for sending me photos of:

-  a Jerome wallet similar to the 1937 wallet above.  There is a date 9 AUG 1937 printed on the front with a rubber stamp.

-   Another Jerome wallet, probably from around the 1930s. The price list on the back of this wallet is illustrated above.

Update

Thank you to Winnie Lisowski for also sending me a scan of this Jerome wallet with Price List on the back.  It is very similar to the wallet in the '1937' paragraph above.

However, the one sent to me by Winnie Lisowski (below)is more of a reddish-orange shade, rather than orange.

I don't know whether the two original wallets are different colours or whether the difference arose in the scanning of the wallets.
