These farm workers were planting broccoli on a farm on the northern shores of the Firth of Forth on a bitterly cold March day in 1994. The farm was situated a short distance to the west of Elie in Fife. This eastern part of Fife with its small attractive fishing villages and the ancient town of St Andrews is known as the 'East Neuk of Fife' |
