"I have lived in Livingston since 1971 and would like to refer to the photograph of Royston Primary School class of 1946 sent in by Ian Thomson, New South Wales, Australia.

I remember Ian's wife, Betty Kernan, who was in the same class as myself. I am first in the second front row

The teacher's name was Miss Eunson, who married later and went to live in Kingussie if I remember correctly."
